ATCC medium: 1818 Trypticase soy agar with 1% soluble starch, adjusted to pH 5.5 

Trypticase Soy Agar (BD 211043)...40.0 g 

Soluble starch....................10.0 g 

Distilled water....................1.0 L 

Adjust pH to 5.5. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
