ATCC medium: 873 Sorbitol agar 
Peptone.....................10.0 g 
Yeast extract................2.0 g 
NaCl.........................2.0 g 
Agar........................20.0 g 
Distilled water............950.0 ml 
Adjust pH to 7.0. Autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes. Aseptically add 50 ml filter-sterilized 10% Sorbitol.
