ATCC medium: 537 Freezing agar
Slice 200 g of unpeeled potatoes and autoclave in 500 ml of tap water for 15 minutes at 120C. Mash and filter the potato infusion through gauze. Make up the volume of the filtrate to one liter and add the following ingredients:
Glucose...................... 8.0 g
Yeast extract................ 1.0 g
Activated carbon............. 0.5 g
Agar........................ 20.0 g
Reautoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
